🎯 What You’ll Do

Hunt for new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
Generate leads via LinkedIn, calls, referrals, networking & inquiries
Pitch our marketing/branding/digital services like a pro
Follow up (consistently!) and convert leads into long-term clients
Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions
Coordinate with our creative & strategy teams to build proposals and close deals
Speak with founders/decision-makers and confidently handle objections
Track everything neatly in a tracker (pipeline hygiene matters!)

✅ You Bring

Must-Have

1+ year experience in BD / B2B sales (agency/services preferred)
Great communication + negotiation skills
Comfort with outbound calls + LinkedIn outreach
Target mindset + closure hunger

Bonus Points If You Have

Sold marketing/digital/branding services before
Experience with proposals, pricing discussions & onboarding
