Develop strategy for value-added product lines. Drive NPD (New Product Development) and packaging innovation. Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams. Manage distribution across channels (Retail, HoReCa, Online). Monitor sales, costs, and profitability of the segment. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality norms.
