Role Description

This is a full-time on-site / Remote role for a Business Development Manger for global A2P messaging services. High-impact role directly supporting revenue growth and operational agility.

The BDM will be responsible for:

• Maintaining business relations with existing and new clients
• Strong understanding of International A2P SMS services
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Assuring Revenue Growth from assigned accounts
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the network

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development. Industry experience is a plus
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of SMS platforms, APIs, and protocols like SMPP and HTTP
• Should be open to travel and meet clients and attend various telecom events
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
