Job Description

The Business Development Manager/Business Development Executive role at our company entails working as an individual contributor in the market for international clients. We are seeking experienced Sales professionals with a background in the IT industry to acquire new business from international markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and more. The primary responsibilities include identifying corporate customers through cold calling, email marketing, and email campaigning. Prior experience in writing bids on platforms like Upwork/freelance is considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Open new business accounts and maintain strategic customer relationships by offering Software Application Solutions & Services. - Proficiency in Windows, mobile, and web technologies is essential. - Generate leads, prospect, negotiate, and close deals using various sales and marketing channels. Familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc., is required. - Engage in new business development activities including follow-ups, cold calling, relationship building, client meetings, proposal writing, and other sales-related tasks. - Conduct presentations showcasing the company's capabilities to both new and existing clients. - Organize road trips for potential opportunities, conferences, tradeshows, and events. - Develop strategies to maximize revenue growth and communicate product developments and services to potential clients. - Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent revenue generation. - Cultivate and enhance strategic customer relationships within assigned accounts. - Execute tactical sales plans, pursue new business opportunities, and arrange meetings as needed. - Gain insights into the competition, companies, and opportunities within a specific region or vertical market segment to tailor proposals effectively. - Demonstrate experience in prospecting, calling, conducting virtual or in-person meetings, and delivering presentations within a professional sales environment, with a proven track record in establishing new business relationships. - Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be goal-oriented, and display excellent organizational skills. - Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and effectively managing time to meet objectives.
