Dear Candidate,

We have an urgent opening for BDM/ SR BDM and Branch Head position for below mentioned location

Location: Mumbai and South

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - BDM

MEASURES OF SUCCESS/KRAS (KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS)

1. Accomplishment of new franchisee acquisition targets.

1. Amount of revenue generation by timely achievements of targets.

2. Catering to the franchisee requirement and solving their grievances

3. Identifying potential franchisee for cracking deals.

4. Accuracy & Timeliness in maintenance of MIS/Timely providing the DSR.

5. Lead generation by cold calling.

6. Effectively mapping clients requirements and providing them requisite services.

7. Team development (Mentoring & Coaching)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Branch Head

1.Setting Team revenue and Targets for the Team.

2. Candidate should come along with his or her Team.

3. Checking the status of Client-Cash limits and Stock Limits.

4. Self analyzing the market as well as compiling the data received from the Research Analysis Team and updating the Customers accordingly.

5. Suggesting the Clients regarding market scenario.

6. Coordinating with the RMS to find out the Margin shortfall requirements of the Clients.

7. Assisting the Relationship managers for important Business calls or meetings.

8. Distributing leads to the Team.

9. Interacting personally with Teams Clients to help in revenue generation as well as margin collection.

10. Analyzing the reports prepared by the Team Leader regarding problems faced by the Team in product selling, in terms of lower brokerage and account opening fee and taking required approvals for it.
