Job Description

We re looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Manager to help grow our family law practice. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution, collaborating with a small but dedicated team, and driving meaningful impact in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm s client base and brand presence.
Identify and manage new business opportunities, collaborations, and outreach initiatives.
Work closely with leadership to translate ideas into actionable plans.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, videographers, digital agencies) to execute marketing and operational projects.
Manage timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Support internal process improvements and explore new tools or partnerships to enhance visibility and efficiency.

Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset.

Ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to completion.

Prior experience in business development, marketing, or operations (professional services background preferred).
