Business Development Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic objectives. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new areas for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close business deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, forecasts, and key business insights. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related role. Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
