Client & Vendor Relationship Management

    who trust and engage with them for ongoing requirements.

  • SkyTek is seeking experienced BDMs who can plug in from day one bringing credibility, connections, and business momentum, not just potential.
  • And quick turnaround across all engagement models (C2C, W-2, 1099).

Requirements:

  • 9-13 years of experience in bench sales or IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of US staffing and visa types
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help develop the skills of junior recruiters.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.

Recruitment Process Oversight:

  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for W2 & C2C roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure that candidate pipelines are managed effectively and efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and market trends.

Stakeholder and Candidate Communication:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM) and reporting tools.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms.
