About the Role

US IT Recruiters



Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, ZipRecruiter, etc.), networking, and internal databases.
  • Understand client job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and daily trackers.
  • Qualify candidates for a variety of IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
  • Focus on W2 (US staffing) hiring models.
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline status

  • Market consultants through various channels like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients
  • Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently
  • Maintain an active pipeline of consultants and ensure regular follow-ups
  • Update and maintain submission trackers and consultant databases
  • A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
  • Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert



Requirements

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in US IT Staffing are welcome.
  • For experienced candidates: 2–6 years in US IT Recruitment, with knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, and GC hiring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in
