Profile:
· Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chem. Engg. Or Business; MBA in sales/ Marketing preferred
· 4-10 yrs exp in chemical/manufacturing sales with strong revenue growth record
. Salary no bar for best candidate
· Deep B2B industry knowledge & supplier ecosystem understanding
· Skilled in negotiation, market analysis & client relationship management
· Strong technical expertise in polymer additives, preferably PVC
· Result driven, entrepreneurial and target focused.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and onboard new customers, growing market share
· Build long term client relationships, ensuring retention and revenue expansion
· Provide expert guidance on polychemical product and their applications
· Ensure timely payment collections, maintaining business profitability
· Coordinate with logistics & operations for seamless order fulfilment
