The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Profile
• Bachelor’s in Chemistry, CIPET, Chem. Engg. Or Business; MBA in sales/ Marketing preferred
• 2-8 yrs exp in chemical/manufacturing sales with strong revenue growth record
• Deep B2B industry knowledge & supplier ecosystem understanding
• Skilled in negotiation, market analysis & client relationship management
• Strong technical expertise in polymer additives, preferably PVC
• Result driven, entrepreneurial and target focused.
Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new customers, growing market share
• Build long term client relationships, ensuring retention and revenue expansion
• Provide expert guidance on polychemical product and their applications
• Ensure timely payment collections, maintaining business profitability
• Coordinate with logistics & operations for seamless order fulfilment
