We’re Hiring I MIS EXECUTIVE - NOIDA
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making across departments. The role involves preparing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and databases while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
· Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
· 1–5 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting role.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
· Experience with MS Access / SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
· Accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
· Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and reporting tools.
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports shared with management and stakeholders.
· Coordinate with various departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to gather required data.
· Automate repetitive reports and processes to improve efficiency.
· Track business performance metrics, KPIs, and highlight variances or anomalies.
· Provide analytical support for decision-making and business planning.
· Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
· Assist in ad-hoc reporting and projects as assigned by management.
