Role Overview: -

strategic Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and drive

    strategic business development and growth opportunities

    aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute

    growth plans and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

    for new offerings, markets, and geographies.
  • Conduct

    market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights

    to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to

    translate strategy into executable initiatives.

  • Drive

    strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem development

    , including partner identification and joint initiatives.
  • Support

    business automation, CRM adoption, dashboards, and reporting

    to improve planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Track performance against defined KPIs and present

    strategic reviews and insights

    to senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in

    strategic discussions, partner meetings, and industry forums.

  • Willingness to travel

    15–30%

    within India and internationally based on business needs.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years

    of experience in Business Development, Growth, or Strategy-led roles
  • Strong exposure to

    strategic planning, GTM, and execution of growth initiatives

  • Experience working cross-functionally rather than owning a direct sales target.
  • Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience with

    business automation and planning tools

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Educational Qualifications

  • Full-time MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
