Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving student enrolments by counselling leads, managing the sales pipeline, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimise lead quality and conversion. You must be enthusiastic about sales, education, and helping people achieve career transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-qualify and engage with leads generated via campaigns, referrals, or inquiries
  • Counsel prospective students and understand their learning needs and career goals
  • Recommend suitable SNQTECH programs and convert leads into paid enrolments
  • Own the entire sales process: call, counsel, follow up, and close
  • Maintain lead data, daily updates, and conversion status using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and campaign feedback
  • Work with internal teams to improve the sales pitch, collaterals, and learner journey
  • Provide timely reports and insights to managers

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, academic counseling, or EdTech
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and at least one regional language
  • Good listener with a consultative approach to sales
  • Strong follow-up discipline and time management
  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel, email, and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Khairatabad, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
