Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new D2C and e-commerce partners, expanding store network utilization, and identifying strategic opportunities in our logistics ecosystem.

  • Identify and onboard new D2C brands, logistics partners, and regional e-commerce players for Shiplog’s fulfillment and green last-mile delivery services.
  • Pitch Shiplog’s Green Store model as a competitive advantage for reducing delivery TAT and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and SLA adherence.
  • Track KPIs like Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), order volumes, store utilization rates, and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer trends and competitor strategies to refine offerings and pricing models.
  • Represent Shiplog at logistics expos, startup events, and partnership forums.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,517.37 - ₹62,560.79 per month
