Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop customized digital marketing solutions (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Website Development, etc.) based on client needs. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Strategy) to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales, pipeline, and client communication using CRM tools. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Represent Busispark in client meetings, networking events, and business forums. Requirements: Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within Digital Marketing, Advertising, or IT industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and business growth strategies. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines. Self-motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven individual. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
