Job Title: Business Development Manager — Advertising Location: Bangalore Department: Business Development / Sales Experience: 3—8 Years Industry: Advertising / Marketing / Media / Creative Agencies Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager from an advertising, marketing, or creative agency background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored advertising, branding, and marketing solutions The candidate should have a strong marketing background, with a deep understanding of marketing principles, brand building, and brand strategy. Familiarity with media planning and buying is essential to craft comprehensive solutions that align with client goals and deliver measurable impact.   Key Responsibilities:  Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across sectors (corporate, FMCG, real estate, retail, lifestyle, etc.) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and decision-makers. Drive growth by selling integrated advertising services — including branding, print, digital, events, activations, and media planning. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitch decks.    Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure proposals align with client goals. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to refine outreach strategy. Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Ensure seam less transition from pitch to project execution by coordinating with internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales in an advertising, creative, or media agency. Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing communication. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.         Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
