Key Result Areas (KRA) for Business Development Manager – Perfume IndustrySales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate new business from retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. Maintain and grow existing client accounts. Market Expansion Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities. Appoint new distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Increase brand reach in local and international markets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively. Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business. Marketing & Brand Promotion Support marketing activities, product launches, and promotions. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and events. Enhance brand visibility at stores, exhibitions, and trade shows. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management for product improvement and pricing strategy.
