Job Description

Key responsibilities Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new bank customers through various channels.  Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing clients.  Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and by getting references from the existing client base.  Sales and Consultation: Analyze customer needs and present relevant banking products and services to meet those needs.  Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue for the bank.  Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.  Cross-selling: Promote and sell other banking products to existing customers to increase revenue.  Required skills and qualifications Experience in sales and business development. Strong skills in CASA sales and customer acquisition. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships. Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
