Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the aesthetic clinic by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, strengthening referral networks, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The role requires strong knowledge of the aesthetics/healthcare industry, excellent communication, and proven sales and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Sales
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase patient acquisition and clinic revenue.
  • Identify and convert potential leads through effective counseling, relationship management, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Marketing & Branding
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Leverage digital marketing, social media, and influencer tie-ups to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and patient engagement programs.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, corporate clients, and referral partners.
  • Ensure superior patient experience by coordinating with the clinic team.
  • Handle client queries and feedback professionally to maximize retention.
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Establish partnerships with doctors, salons, gyms, corporates, and wellness centers to generate referrals.
  • Develop collaborations with hotels, event planners, and other lifestyle service providers for cross-referrals.
  • Market Research & Reporting
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Provide regular MIS reports, revenue forecasts, and business performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build networks and partnerships.
  • Target-driven, with proven track record of achieving sales growth.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures will be an added advantage.
