Experience: Minimum 1-3 Years (Preferably in Solar Industry)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales (preferably in the renewable energy sector), excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in solar rooftop installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis for potential solar installations.
  • Present and explain solar solutions to residential and/or commercial customers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Guide clients through the solar system selection and financing options.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, pricing, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales; experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work in a field sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
