This role is focused on land sales and offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact deals in a rapidly growing market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, market insight, and the ability to close complex land transactions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the land acquisition and sales domain. Build and maintain long-term relationships with landowners, investors, clients, and real estate partners. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and identify key growth areas. Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closure. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, legal, operations, and finance for seamless deal execution. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field. 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate business development, preferably in land sales. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Sound knowledge of real estate trends, zoning laws, and regulatory frameworks in Noida and surrounding areas. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
