Business Development Manager (BDM)-NBFC-Male Staff

We are leading Non Banking Finance Company in Thrissur needs to hire a male candidate who have more than 5 years of Experience in Business Development of NBFC.

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

Developing strategic plans in alignment with the company's mission and goals. This includes setting objectives, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing their implementation.

2. Financial Management:

Ensuring sound financial management practices, including budgeting, financial forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and managing investments.

3. Operations Management:

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the NBFC, including lending activities, investment operations, customer service, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.

4. Business Development and Growth:

Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion. Developing new products or services, exploring new markets, and establishing strategic partnerships or alliances.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

Focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. Developing strategies to enhance customer experience and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

6. Human Resource Management:

Providing leadership and guidance to staff. Promoting a positive work culture and fostering teamwork and collaboration.

7. Reporting and Communication:

Providing regular reports to the Board of Directors or CEO on the company's performance, financial health, strategic initiatives, and key developments. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory authorities.

8. Corporate Governance: Ensuring adherence to corporate governance principles and ethical standards. Upholding transparency, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of the NBFC's operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
