Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business development process. Your focus will include statutory compliance, marketing, telecalling, CRM management, and expanding business growth outside of the showroom. This role will require strong coordination with multiple departments, monitoring daily marketing activities, driving telecalling efforts, and ensuring effective lead management and conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to expand business outside of the showroom. - Manage statutory compliance effectively. - Oversee and monitor daily marketing activities to ensure their effectiveness. - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and campaigns. - Monitor and coordinate telecalling activities. - Ensure effective follow-ups with leads and conversion into business. - Collect and manage leads generated via CRM systems. - Handover qualified leads to the telecalling team for follow-up and conversion. - Coordinate and oversee any promotional schemes or offers to increase sales and customer acquisition. - Coordinate ICC Branch-wise. Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently. - Leadership skills to coordinate with different departments and branches. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
