Job Description

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including metals, gemstones, and styles. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and suggest suitable products. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewellery pieces. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on market trends and new product arrivals. Process transactions and manage sales records accurately. Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
