We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and CRM Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance customer relationships. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing customer data, and implementing CRM systems to drive customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our jewellery collections and brand presence. Customer Relationship Management: Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and improve satisfaction. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing. Campaign Management: Design and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and retain customers. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Branch Visits: Travelling to branches when needed.
