Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering loyalty. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset and a proven ability to solve problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and proactively offer solutions. Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to improve the customer experience. Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to improve engagement and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details in the CRM system. Provide feedback to management on trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
