Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CRM, app, and website solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report regularly on progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4years of experience in B2B sales or IT product/services sales (CRM, app, or web solutions preferred).
• Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them in simple terms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• B.Tech degree preferred; other graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
