Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Pitch services/products to potential clients and convert leads into successful deals. Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies. Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving targets and generating leads. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
