Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the organisation. · Build, nurture, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients. · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.  · Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. · Represent Finthesis Associates LLP at industry events, seminars, and networking functions. · Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategic planning. Required Qualifications & Skills · Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. · Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in BFSI industry. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
