Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and offerings.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development team members.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the business development process and client experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
