Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Managers with strong B2B sales experience and a passion for selling digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client acquisition, relationship management, and creating growth opportunities in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business clients
• Promote and sell digital transformation solutions tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
• Achieve business growth targets and contribute to overall revenue goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
• Strong passion for selling digital transformation services and solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong networking skills with a growth-oriented mindset
