Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our footprint and build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare stakeholders. The BDM will play a key role in growing our client base, generating leads, and increasing revenue for home healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, corporates, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
• Develop partnerships with hospitals and clinics to integrate home care post-discharge services.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors' offices, hospitals, and local communities to promote our services.
• Plan and execute outreach programs, camps, or health talks to promote services.
• Track leads and conversions, maintain CRM data, and report weekly performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and awareness activities.
• Stay updated on competitors, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales/business development, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong network within the local medical/healthcare community
• Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel locally
