We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the luxury furniture and décor industry. This individual will play a key role in growing our client base by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients. Success in this role will be achieved by driving sales and establishing Trezure Casa as the premier choice for luxury furniture and décor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and high-profile clients, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the luxury furniture market to maximize sales.
  • Lead high-stakes client presentations, showcasing product lines with a deep understanding of luxury trends and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects and interior design firms to ensure ongoing business and project referrals.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure a premium experience, including tailored product recommendations and after-sales support.
  • Organize and attend events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote the brand.
  • Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends to effectively position our offerings.
  • Monitor client needs and feedback to adapt offerings and approach, ensuring [Company Name] remains a preferred choice.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales goals and manage progress towards them.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
  • Use CRM software to log client interactions and maintain an organized pipeline.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in luxury furniture sales or a related field with a focus on business development, OR MBA Fresher
  • Demonstrated experience in working with architects, interior designers, and high-end clients.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in a results-oriented, competitive environment.
