Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and client acquisition for our IT / SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to identify and close enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS products/solutions to potential clients, showcasing business value and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts in alignment with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecast reports in CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–12 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT / SaaS / Software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription sales, and solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in selling enterprise software or cloud-based platforms.
• Exposure to international markets or handling global clients.
• Technical aptitude to understand software and integration concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
