The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful policy sales, acquiring new clients, and promoting our insurance products and services. You should have a strong background in sales—preferably in life, health, or general insurance—and be confident in handling client interactions both in-person and virtually. Key Responsibilities: Convert qualified leads into policy closures. Conduct regular client meetings (in-person and virtual) to understand their insurance needs. Effectively pitch life, health, or general insurance products to prospective clients. Acquire new clients and build strong, long-term relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business development goals. Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications. Requirements: Graduation is a must. 1–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Proven track record in selling life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
