Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Sales) for the team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the office furniture and workstation industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and targeting potential clients in the office furniture and workstation industry. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets. - Building and sustaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. - Conducting market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving sales goals. - Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns. - Providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing client needs and concerns. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role in the office furniture and workstation industry. - Strong understanding of office furniture products and workstation solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
