Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business growth and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve sales and business development targets.
2. Develop and implement strategies to meet team and individual targets.
3. Maintain and expand client relationships by providing excellent service and support.
4. Handle client negotiations effectively to close business deals successfully.
5. Maintain strong verbal and written communication in English for business correspondence and presentations.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development or Sales Management.
