About the Brand:

Prismax is a German-engineered automotive detailing brand known for high-end Paint Protection Films (PPF), ceramic coatings, and premium car care products. As we expand across India, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth and build strong distribution networks nationwide.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with detailing studios, car workshops, and automotive distributors, and ensuring consistent revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cars, sales, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and onboard new distributors, workshops, and detailing studios across India.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned regions or product lines.
  • Develop customized sales pitches and proposals for different customer segments.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, retailers, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.

Account Management & Support

  • Provide product training and demonstrations to partners and resellers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, order execution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for seamless execution of sales campaigns.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track sales performance and prepare periodic business reports.
  • Share on-ground insights to help shape pricing, marketing, and distribution strategies.
  • Represent Prismax at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development, or business development (preferably in automotive, detailing, or FMCG industry).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
