Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Handle Sales Team

Requirement
Proven Sales Experience of 5-10 years

Someone from Instrumentation and Engineering field preferred but not necessary

Excellent communication skills

Team Handling capabilities

Passionate, driven and open to travel pan India preferred
