B2B Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Expand the partner network (banks, fintechs, payment providers, cash pickup points, FX agents)
Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize partnerships
Negotiate and manage partner agreements in line with regulations
Maintain and strengthen partner relationships
Track partner performance and drive initiatives to boost efficiency and revenue
Stay up to date with remittance trends and compliance rules

Requirements

3+ years in partnership or business development in money transfer or bank's remittance department
Proven track record in growing partner networks, including cash pickup points
Solid knowledge of money transfer operations and regulations
Native Hindi
English B2+
