Business Development Manager (B2B)

Job Description for Sales Profile

1. Title:

· Senior Manager - Business Development

· Manager - Business Development

· Assistant Manager – Business Development

2. Job Purpose:

· Generate business partnership with brands for contract manufacturing of cosmetics and skin care products

3. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Generate leads for potential brands selling cosmetics and skin care

· Understand the potential brand's product portfolio and work with the internal technical team / chemist to create product samples for these brands

· Convince these brands to outsource/switch their product manufacturing process to Vancom solutions

· Meet monthly / quarterly, / annually sale targets

· Manage acquired customers

4. Education Qualifications:

· Graduate/ Postgraduate in any field

5. Work Experience:

· Minimum 3 year’s work experience in Sales profile with a White label/third party manufacturing firm

Or

· Minimum 3 year’s work experience in personal care industry with product suppliers/ brands/ chemical suppliers in a sales profile.

6. Expected Salary:

· 20%-30% increment on existing salary

· 6 Lacs Per Annum

7. Job Location:

· Sector 37 Gurgaon Near Hero Honda Chowk

8. Candidate Joining Preference:

· Immediate Basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
