Identify and onboard new franchisees to expand the companys network.
Support existing franchisees to achieve predefined IR (Investment Revenue) targets.
Ensure timely and accurate sub-broker registrations in compliance with regulatory norms.
Conduct regular visits to mapped franchisees at a pre-defined frequency to maintain engagement.
Promptly address franchisee queries related to payouts and other concerns.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities during franchisee visits or otherwise.
Organize and execute training events to equip franchisees with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Continuously track market developments and provide feedback on competitor activities to the leadership team.
Assist franchisees in organizing investor meets within their respective locations to boost investor engagement.
