We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, specifically builders and stakeholders looking to market and sell their projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Reach out to builders and stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Intelligence: Conduct market research to gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans for various projects that align with company goals and market demands.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation strategies utilizing networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, highlighting Aspire Proptech's services and value proposition.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and high levels of satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote Aspire Proptech's brand and services at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, content, and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of Aspire Proptech's services.
- Networking: Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts, including builders, developers, and real estate stakeholders, to enhance business opportunities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies that may impact business development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
