Job Title: Business Development Manager – Architecture & Interior Project Location: Delhi, Ganesh Nagar Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Architecture / Design / Construction Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within the architecture and design industry. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with experienced architects and design professionals and will be responsible for expanding our client base, securing strategic partnerships, and achieving clearly defined sales and business development targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and build relationships with experienced architects, architectural firms, and design consultants. Drive business growth by generating new leads, securing meetings, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly client targets. Collaborate with internal teams (project, and technical departments) to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in business development, preferably in architecture, design, construction, or real estate. Strong network of contacts within the architecture and design community. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
