Position: Business Development Executive / Manager / InternLocation: Remote/ Noida (servicing USA, Dubai & India markets)Shift Options (IST):Shift A: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (1:30-hour break included)Shift B: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (1:30-hour break included)Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 + performance-based incentives (Final salary and targets will be discussed during the interview based on your experience and closing ability).Monthly Sales Target: ₹8 lakhs – ₹15 lakhs (depending on your skill level and client acquisition capability)About UsAprisity is a dynamic digital marketing agency delivering tailored growth solutions across the USA, Dubai, and India markets. We’re seeking a driven Business Development professional to work remotely in rotating evening or night shifts, aligning with global client needs.Key Responsibilities:1. Generate lead through LinkedIn, Applo.io, Email marketing, Social media marketing, Personal contact, Events, referrals and Schedule meeting with clients understand their requirement and close sales.2. We are looking for Serious people who can work with us long-term and becoming part of our core team. You are going to work with our founders office and we are hiring senior target focus sales professional those who achieve higher sales targets. Qualifications1) Experience: ~3 to 6+ years in business development, digital/IT sales, or comparable roles.2) Sales Proficiency: Strong track record in full-cycle sales and deal closing.3) Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong client presentation capabilities.4) Global Acumen: Experience with—or adaptable to—environments in the USA, Dubai, and India.5) Shift Flexibility: Available for either of the two specified shifts (11:30 AM–9:30 PM or 5:30 PM–3:30 AM IST).6) Content Skills: Capable of creating visual, written, and video-based marketing materials.7) Leadership: Comfortable mentoring junior staff and building team capability.8) Research & Analysis: Proficient in market and competitor analysis.9) Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven toward achieving targets.
