Job Description

The Business Development Manager role is a full-time on-site position located in Tijara, Neemrana, Behrod, Neem Ka Thana, Kotputli. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, devising and executing growth strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business expansion. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and compiling regular reports on business performance and market dynamics. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management. Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Data Analysis is essential, along with strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
