Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mathura for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will take responsibility for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, generating new leads, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks will include crafting sales and marketing strategies, managing client communications, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market research to identify growth opportunities, understanding client needs, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market trends and practices
• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, and Client Engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as CRM systems
• Familiarity with the Mathura and Vrindavan real estate market is a plus
