Key Responsibilities

New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new client acquisition for

    digital marketing and integrated advertising services

  • Prospect via

    LinkedIn, referrals, inbound leads, partnerships, and outbound outreach

  • Identify client needs and map them to SRV Media's digital solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across industries

Pitching & Closures

  • Lead discovery calls, solution discussions, and sales presentations
  • Create and present

    custom proposals, media plans, and growth strategies

  • Negotiate commercials, close deals, and onboard clients smoothly
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

    revenue targets

Account Expansion & Client Success

  • Work with account management and performance teams to ensure delivery alignment
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities post-closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and founders
  • Focus on long-term account growth, retention, and trust

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 26 years of experience in

    Business Development / Digital Sales / Agency Sales

  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing services

    (performance, branding, social, media, tech)
  • Proven track record of

    closing high-value deals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to sell to

    CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience selling

    integrated marketing or performance-led solutions

  • Knowledge of

    media planning, budgets, and ROI conversations

  • Existing network in

    startups, D2C, enterprise, or regional markets

  • Exposure to

    international or multi-market sales
