Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Align with and actively promote the companys vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, sectors, and emerging opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while onboarding new clients.

  • Ensure empanelments, registrations, certifications, and participation in awards that enhance business visibility and bid success.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data, leads, and interactions within the CRM system.

  • Assist in preparation of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, capability statements, and reference documents.

  • Identify and facilitate joint ventures, strategic alliances, and pre-tender tie-ups.

  • Effectively balance client meetings, field visits, and desk-based planning and coordination.

  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with discipline, focus, and adherence to timelines.

  • Demonstrate proactive engagement, strong follow-ups, and a bias toward action and closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Pan-India (Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata / Patna / Ranchi, Ahmedabad ,Guwahati, Mumbai)

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
