Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Align with and actively promote the companys vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, sectors, and emerging opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while onboarding new clients.
Ensure empanelments, registrations, certifications, and participation in awards that enhance business visibility and bid success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data, leads, and interactions within the CRM system.
Assist in preparation of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, capability statements, and reference documents.
Identify and facilitate joint ventures, strategic alliances, and pre-tender tie-ups.
Effectively balance client meetings, field visits, and desk-based planning and coordination.
Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with discipline, focus, and adherence to timelines.
Demonstrate proactive engagement, strong follow-ups, and a bias toward action and closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Pan-India (Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata / Patna / Ranchi, Ahmedabad ,Guwahati, Mumbai)

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
